Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Pastor, David Wigington Accused of Booking Prostitutes During Ministry Trips
Well-known Indiana pastor David Wigington is currently facing serious allegations that he arranged meetings with escorts and erotic massage providers while he was on a missionary travelling for ministry, according to an investigation published by The Roys Report on September 26, 2026.
Wigington is currently the leading pastor of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Bloomington, Indiana, a Christian church him and his wife, Shana, founded in 1997, 29-years ago. A record stated, he has also been involved in an international missions work and served as director of church relations for Project Rescue, an organization which focused on combating sex trafficking.
The flying allegations center on the text messages, emails, calendar records and other digital material which was obtained by Jo Fipps, a former Cornerstone congregant and volunteer. According to the report, the material which was obtained, contains conversations that appear to show Wigington arranging appointments with escorts or erotic massage services in several locations.
One of its examples reportedly involves a 2024 trip to the Dallas-area suburb of Frisco, where pastor David Wigington allegedly contacted a provider about a massage while on the other hand, his calendar showed he was in the area for Project Rescue event purposes. The investigation also references the communications connected to Prague and St. Louis, including a 2022 exchange in which a person identified as Wigington allegedly discussed paying for an encounter.
The report also details that emails connected to the Wigington’s account included messages from OnlyFans and registrations for adu-lt websites.
The former congregant, Fipps eventually shared the material he obtained with several Christian organizations, including denominational leaders. The Indiana District Assemblies of God further confirmed that they were aware of the allegations and said it was actively investigating the claims. The District Superintendent Chad McAtee then said, the officials are committed to conducting a careful review before making further comments.
The digital obtained evidence was also reviewed by Avansic, a digital-forensics company. And according to the report the company found the files examined appeared to be “authentic and unaltered.” That finding concerns the apparent integrity of the digital files; it does not independently establish the truth of every allegation contained in them.
Pastor David Wigington has strongly rejected the accusations. In an email which he sent to The Roys Report, he said he categorically denied the allegations and further described them as malicious lies and pure fabrications. He also said he had engaged Indiana attorney William Riley and was considering legal action. His attorney had not provided an additional response to the publication by the time the report which was published.
Project Rescue and leaders at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship did not provide comments to The Roys Report before publication. The report also noted that Wigington’s profile was subsequently removed from Project Rescue’s team webpage after the publication sought comment.
At the moment, the allegations remain contested. Wigington denies wrongdoing, while the Indiana District Assemblies of God says its investigation is currently ongoing. Further findings from that investigation could provide additional information about the claims and the evidence surrounding them if it’s true or not.
